Eligibility Criteria For RPL ACS Australia Skill Assessment

You can apply for the RPL ACS Australia skill assessment, as the Australian Computer Society assesses the IT work experience, skills and knowledge of those without ICT qualifications. However, it doesn’t mean that you don’t have to fulfill any requirements. As a matter of fact, this pathway also requires you to satisfy some eligibility criteria.

To know that, read this blog. In addition, by reading this blog, you will also come to know the project report writing tips (writing two project reports is an integral part of this application pathway).

Eligibility criteria:

There are two types of candidates who are eligible for the RPL ACS Australia skill assessment pathway:

An applicant with a non-ICT qualification needs to have a minimum of 6 years of work experience as an IT professional in a relevant field of the occupation they have chosen from the ANZSCO code list to apply for.

The second type of candidate is the one who doesn’t have even tertiary qualifications. These candidates are required to have 8 years of relevant work experience.

Project report writing tips:

The Australian Computer Society needs you to write two project reports when you choose the RPL pathway. One of the two projects you need to have done within a period of the last three years. The second one needs to have been completed within the last 5 years.

Having known about the project reports, let’s move further to know how to write an excellent RPL ACS project report:

  1. You must select your project carefully. Pick the one that makes it easy for you to demonstrate your IT knowledge and skills in an impressive way as per the ANZSCO code you wish to apply for. Take ACS RPL review services if having doubts about your written report.

  2. In crystal-clear terms, mention the project details, the project name you selected, the affiliated company and the given role in that project.

  3. Clearly describe your responsibilities and duties. Write in a way that lets you highlight your strengths; show the way you used your ideas that led to the desired result in the project design and development.

  4. Clearly explain the methods you utilized in each project System Analysis and Design phase.

  5. Show your programming skills impressively by mentioning the names of the programming languages that were used in the project.

  6. To demonstrate your skills related to database management, cover all of the database management techniques used in the project.

  7. Provide a convincing description of the nature and scope of the responsibilities and competencies, as both of them are related to ICT management.

  8. Include project management and quality assurance techniques that were utilized in the project development to demonstrate your managerial skills. In addition, provide a detailed description of the project security mechanisms.

Knowing all these tips will help you write your project reports excellently, which will improve the quality of your RPL report. However, if you still feel nervous or confused due to being close to submission, you should take urgent RPL report writing help for the ACS assessment.
